Hometown Heroes is a local television program featuring local veterans in southeast Missouri and northeast Arkansas that served in America's military in battle across the world.  Host James Hendley discusses with our hometown heroes their life stories and experiences serving in America's famous war fronts.

The Underwood twins are well known to their community of Bloomfield and Stoddard County. Their World War 2 experience is unique in that they were one of the few pairs of twins to ever serve together in an American war. Host James Dudley sat down with the Underwoods in June of 2012.
